  I have been going between Wise and Walmart for years now. I have seen a slow growth of foot traffic for Wise. This is good news. Their produce has been fresher and are slowly finding their niche. I find myself going to Wise more often then Walmart even though Wise is typically more expensive because it is more convenient and not nearly as busy as Walmart.
  
  Their staff is normally friendly and always willing to help. They keep the store clean.
  
  With all this being said, I would rather go to Giant if there was one nearby.
